Our Circuit class works on endurance and power development in ways you won’t get with traditional strength training workouts. This class works on a timer. We have set 30-40 second rounds with workload versus rest time. This style of training is similar to HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, using battle ropes, punching pads, slam balls, and more. Each class has different exercises and alternates are always given for inclusive fitness!
