This Isn’t For You If…

❌ You’re not ready to commit. My program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and my clients work with me on average for 6 months. Change doesn’t happen overnight.

❌ You prefer a keto or another mainstream diet. As a coach and trainer, these kinds of diets don’t align with me. My program focuses on food freedom, not restriction.

❌ You want to be handed a meal plan and told what to do. While I give you guidance on how to eat for your goals, I also teach you how to do it for yourself. You need to be willing to put in the work and take responsibility for your success.

❌ You’re not open to constructive feedback. I’m looking to work with those who are coachable and willing to step out of their comfort zones for their transformation.

❌ You want results handed to you. You get what you put in. I will provide you the education and tools you need to succeed, but it will ultimately be up to you to take charge in giving this program your all, reaching out for support when you need it, using the check-ins, and being open and willing to change.

  • COACH-LED DEVELOPMENT OF INTUITIVE EATING HABITS so you can become a more in-tune with how you are feeling your body with your workouts, get control over your eating, and ditch food tracking and dieting for good.

  • HABIT-BASED APPROACH so your new healthy nutrition habits become habits sustainable for life. Each week you’ll be guided on how to make healthy shifts that won’t overwhelm you.

     

  • WEEKLY CHECK-INS with Christina for support on your workouts, nutrition and habit strategies. No appointment is necessary and can be done on your time on a specific day. This is time to assess what’s going well, identify where you are struggling, and develop a strategy to help you move forward in the upcoming week.

  • UP TO THREE 20 MINUTE SUPPORT CALLS/VISITS PER MONTH for additional support as needed through both private one-on-one calls and/or in-person hours to work through mindset struggles, troubleshoot obstacles, and get more in depth with your coaching.

  • COMMUNITY SUPPORT We are a community of like-minded people who will give you the positive support and energy you need to achieve your results. Private community chat is also included to be inspired and surrounded by those with similar goals!
