Christina started The Transformation Station because her story was the same story many of our clients face. She too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 2 consistent weeks, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
The majority of the members are women. However, please note that we are not a women's only facility. We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. Everybody and every body is welcome here, as long as we are under the same umbrella- which is kindness . We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. You may also like attending a cardio based class to offset your strength classes, or maybe a Piloga in between as well. If you want to be here, we have options for you to do exactly that.
We have a small kitchen with water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash, or personal checks.
Our class programming depends on the class you are attending. All our classes offer a variety of movements for everyone to be included. Exercise is so diverse, so you may be in a class of 8 people but notice 2 people may be doing a standing variation, while someone else may be doing their movement on the ground, and some doing a higher impact and some lower impact, and that is normal here. We love the variety of movements and the instructor always shows them! As we like to say: Choose your challenge.
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
